For many years, Kilia GmbH of Germany has been manufacturing robust, reliable bowl cutter, grinders and mixer-grinders. A new management team which went to work at Kilia just a few years ago has implemented a new product line with the latest in technology, including the first bowl cutters with integrated Clean-In-Place systems to meet HACCP requirements. Last year, Kilia established a relationship with the cutter and grinder manufacturer REX of Thalgau, Austria. The result has been an expansion of the line of cutters and grinders for both companies.
