Roller Milling System

Our state-of-the-art stainless steel roller mill was specifically engineered for grinding of spices and is able to produce specific mesh sizes according to our customers' specifications.

The milling system is equipped with a computerised PLC control system which electronically sets and maintains the required gap between grinding rolls, thus achieving a constant particle size throughout al milling process. The mill computer stores up to 100 recipes, allowing us to ensure that our customers get the same product every time we custom grind.

Packaging of the finished product is done within 30 seconds after grinding, to ensure that all the freshly ground flavour is preserved.
